​Founder and CEO

Frehiwet Asefaw, CPA is our founder.   Frehiwet has over 25 years of audit and accounting experience including 7 with the Big 4 accounting firms.  She has extensive experience in SEC financial reporting, audit, complex technical accounting matters, internal controls and due diligence.  Frehiwet works with publicly traded and privately held companies in a wide range of industries.  Frehiwet is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas.

 

Frehiwet began her career at the Arthur Andersen LLP.  She was also audit manager at Ernst & Young, LLP and an experienced audit manager at Pricewaterhousecoopers LLP.  She has also held senior management positions in other multinational accounting firms and companies.
